Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
This policy outlines the terms and conditions for orders placed through the Cash on Delivery (COD) method. By selecting COD, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. COD Availability and Eligibility
- Availability: The COD facility is Service available only for India Post Office Courier Pin codes within India. You can confirm COD availability for your delivery location during checkout.
- Order Value Limit: COD is valid only for orders where the total product value (excluding shipping charges) falls between a minimum of ₹3000.
- Order Dispatch in Next 24-36 Hours after Confirmation payment received.
2. COD Charges
- For order Confirmation Customer Pay Partial COD Amount Minimum 20% advances + COD Charge 3% of order Value.

3. Order Confirmation and Verification
- You'll receive a call confirming your COD order. You'll need to pick up the phone and confirm your order.
- If the customer does not confirm the order within 24 hours, the order will be subject to cancellation.
- To prevent fraudulent orders, all COD orders will be subject to a confirmation process via a phone call or a One-Time-Password (OTP) via SMS before being shipped.
- We reserve the right to cancel or convert any COD order to a prepaid payment mode at our discretion at any time.
4. Delivery and Cancellation
- Open-Box Delivery: You are not permitted to open the parcel (Open-Box Delivery) before making the full payment to the delivery agent. You must pay first and then accept the parcel.
- Cancellation: Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, the order cannot be refused at the time of delivery.
5. Order Refusal
- If a customer refuses to accept a confirmed order after dispatch. Penalty of GST 18% (GST of total order value) + 3% (COD Charge ) + Shipping Charge + RTO Shipping Charge be applied to cover return shipping costs.

6. Returns and Refunds for COD
- Returns for COD orders are processed according to our General Returns Policy.

Note: - In case your address is 10-15 km away from the courier hub, you will have to collect it yourself; we will give 50% discount on shipping charges in your next order.

यह नीति कैश ऑन डिलीवरी (COD) के माध्यम से दिए गए ऑर्डरों के नियम और शर्तें बताती है। COD का विकल्प चुनकर, आप इन शर्तों का पालन करने के लिए सहमत होते हैं।
1. COD उपलब्धता और पात्रता (Eligibility)

उपलब्धता: COD की सुविधा केवल इंडिया पोस्ट ऑफिस और DTDC कूरियर के सर्विस वाले पिन कोड पर ही उपलब्ध है। आप चेकआउट के दौरान अपने डिलीवरी स्थान के लिए COD की उपलब्धता की पुष्टि कर सकते हैं।

ऑर्डर मूल्य सीमा: COD केवल उन ऑर्डरों के लिए मान्य है जहाँ कुल उत्पाद मूल्य (शिपिंग शुल्क को छोड़कर) न्यूनतम ₹3,000 है।
2. COD शुल्क और अग्रिम भुगतान
ऑर्डर की पुष्टि के लिए, ग्राहक को आंशिक COD राशि का भुगतान करना होगा जिसमें न्यूनतम 20% अग्रिम और ऑर्डर मूल्य का 3% COD शुल्क शामिल है।

3. ऑर्डर पुष्टि और सत्यापन (Verification)

पुष्टि कॉल: आपको अपने COD ऑर्डर की पुष्टि के लिए एक कॉल आएगा। ऑर्डर की पुष्टि करने के लिए आपको फ़ोन उठाना होगा।

रद्दीकरण (Cancellation): यदि ग्राहक 24 घंटे के भीतर ऑर्डर की पुष्टि नहीं करता है, तो ऑर्डर रद्द कर दिया जाएगा।

धोखाधड़ी रोकथाम: धोखाधड़ी वाले ऑर्डरों को रोकने के लिए, शिपिंग से पहले सभी COD ऑर्डरों की पुष्टि एक फ़ोन कॉल या SMS के माध्यम से एकमुश्त पासवर्ड (OTP) द्वारा की जाएगी।

अधिकार: हमें किसी भी समय, अपने विवेक पर, किसी भी COD ऑर्डर को रद्द करने या उसे प्रीपेड भुगतान मोड में बदलने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है।
4. डिलीवरी और रद्दीकरण (Cancellation)

ओपन-बॉक्स डिलीवरी: डिलीवरी एजेंट को पूरा भुगतान करने से पहले आपको पार्सल खोलने (ओपन-बॉक्स डिलीवरी) की अनुमति नहीं है। आपको पहले भुगतान करना होगा और फिर पार्सल स्वीकार करना होगा।

रद्दीकरण: ऑर्डर केवल डिस्पैच होने से पहले ही रद्द किए जा सकते हैं। एक बार डिस्पैच होने के बाद, डिलीवरी के समय ऑर्डर लेने से इनकार नहीं किया जा सकता है।
5. ऑर्डर स्वीकार न करने पर जुर्माना (Penalty for Refusal)
यदि ग्राहक डिस्पैच के बाद एक पुष्टि किए गए ऑर्डर को लेने से मना करता है, तो रिटर्न शिपिंग लागत को कवर करने के लिए निम्नलिखित जुर्माना (Penalty) लगाया जाएगा:

6. COD के लिए वापसी और रिफंड

COD ऑर्डरों के लिए वापसी (Returns) की प्रक्रिया हमारी सामान्य वापसी नीति (General Returns Policy) के अनुसार की जाती है।

विशेष नोट:
यदि आपका पता कूरियर हब से 10-15 किमी दूर है, तो आपको वह पार्सल स्वयं कूरियर हब से लेना होगा। ऐसा करने पर, हम आपके अगले ऑर्डर पर शिपिंग शुल्क पर 50% की छूट देंगे।
NOTE : - The company is not responsible for asking for return of any item, the customer has to send the return himself and make the payment himself.

Return & Replacement Policy
1. No "Testing" or R&D
Parts are sold for replacement purposes only. We do not provide parts for R&D (Research & Development) or testing.

Replacement Only: If a part is defective or arrives damaged, we will provide a replacement for that specific part only in any condtions.
2. Incorrect Orders & Refunds
If you accidentally ordered the wrong item, a full refund will not be issued. The following deductions will apply:

Deductions: 18% GST and Shipping Charges will be deducted from your total amount.

Process: The remaining balance will only be refunded once we receive the incorrect part back at our facility.
3. Damaged Returns
Please handle returns with care. If the returned item reaches us in damaged condition, no refund or credit will be provided.

Check Compatibility: Always double-check part numbers or specifications before placing an order to avoid the 18% GST/Shipping penalty.

Safe Packaging: When returning a wrong item, ensure it is packed securely. If it breaks during transit back to us, we cannot process your refund.

Inspection: We recommend filming an unboxing video when you receive your package to serve as proof in case of transit damage.

Shipping and Delivery
1. All Metro City Parcel Average Delivery Time 3-4 Days.
2. North Zone Parcel Average Delivery Time 3-4 Days.
3. South Zone Parcel Delivery Time 4-5 Days.
4. Rest of India Parcel Delivery Time 5-7 Days.
5. North East Parcel Delivery Time 7-10 Days.
6.Parcel can be Delayed by 5-7 Days, due to Government / State Rule Restrictions / on Gazetted Holidays.
7. If the customer does not get the parcel within the above mentioned delivery time, then customer need to inform on WhatsApp or through voice call.
8. Any courier/ Logistics company is not responsible for delivering parcel after 5-7 days.
Note:- Some Time Courier / Logistics Partner status shows parcel is Delivered, But Costumer does Not Receive the Parcel. In This Case Customer Need To Inform on Our E-Mail and WhatsApp Number both. In case our email storage is full or we not replay within 24-48 hours, Then it is mandatory to inform on WhatsApp or through voice call. After cross verification with the courier company, we will deliver your parcel again or initiate refund. This process will take 15-30 days. We will be able to resolve your any of the above query only if you inform us on WhatsApp or voice call.
