COD Order Policy

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for orders placed through the Cash on Delivery (COD) method. By selecting COD, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. COD Availability and Eligibility

  • Availability: The COD facility is available only for selected Pin codes within India. You can confirm COD availability for your delivery location during checkout.
  • Order Value Limit: COD is valid only for orders where the total product value (excluding shipping charges) falls between a minimum of ₹15000.

2. COD Charges

  • A nominal Handling Fee of ₹ [Enter your amount here, e.g., 50] will be applied to all COD orders.

3. Order Confirmation and Verification

  • You'll receive a call confirming your COD order. You'll need to pick up the phone and confirm your order.
  • If the customer does not confirm the order within 24 hours, the order will be subject to cancellation.
  • To prevent fraudulent orders, all COD orders will be subject to a confirmation process via a phone call or a One-Time-Password (OTP) via SMS before being shipped.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or convert any COD order to a Prepaid payment mode at our discretion at any time.

4. Delivery and Cancellation

  • Open-Box Delivery: You are not permitted to open the parcel (Open-Box Delivery) before making the full payment to the delivery agent. You must pay first and then accept the parcel.
  • Cancellation: Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, the order cannot be refused at the time of delivery.

5. Order Refusal

  • If a customer refuses to accept a confirmed order at the time of delivery. Penalty of  GST 18% + 2% + RTO Shipping Charge be applied to cover return shippin costs.

 Returns and Refunds for COD

  • Returns for COD orders are processed according to our general Returns Policy.
  • Since the original payment was made in cash, the refund for eligible returns will be processed to the customer's Bank Account or Digital Wallet.
  • The refund process will be initiated within 7-10 business days] after the returned item has been received and inspected.
