Item Out of Stock In Our Store, or parcel misplace in courier. Then We Refund 100% amount On Costumer Account (Like Paytm, Google Pay, UPI, Bank Transfer) In Within 7 Days.  

Please carefully read our policy guidelines below:

1. No "Testing" or R&D (Research & Development)

·         Parts are sold strictly for replacement purposes only. We do not provide parts for R&D or testing.

·         Replacement Only: If a part is defective or arrives damaged, we will provide a replacement for that specific part only, under any condition.

2. Incorrect Orders & Refunds

If you accidentally ordered the wrong item, a full refund will not be issued. The following conditions apply:

·         Deductions: 18% GST and Shipping Charges will be deducted from your total order amount.

·         Process: The remaining balance will only be refunded once the incorrect part is received back at our facility and inspected.

3. Damaged Returns

·         Please handle and pack return items with utmost care. If the returned item reaches our facility in a damaged condition, no refund or credit will be provided.

4. Return Shipping Guidelines

·         Shipping Charges: Please note that the company will not bear the return shipping charges.
