Website Content Protection & IP Policy

1. Scope of Protection: Idea vs. Expression

While individual technical terms, generic product names, printer model numbers, or industry-standard keywords (e.g., specific printer spare parts, brands, or descriptions) are in the public domain, the specific arrangement, structural formatting, linguistic flow, selection, and unique phrasing of the text on this website represent our Original Literary Work.

This unique expression is fully protected under the Copyright Act. You are free to use generic industry terminology, but you are strictly prohibited from copying the manner in which we have compiled, formatted, and expressed them.

2. Strict Prohibition on Minor Modifications & Content Spinning (Colorable Imitation)

We strictly prohibit any unauthorized reproduction of our content, whether in its original form or with modifications. Please note that making minor changes, slight alterations, or cosmetic edits does not exempt you from legal liability.

Under the law, the following practices constitute willful copyright infringement and will face immediate legal action:

·         Slight / Minor Modifications: Changing a few words, rearranging sentences, or altering punctuation while keeping our core structure, layout, and sequence intact.

·         Content Spinning: Using synonyms, replacing technical terms with similar words, or using AI/automated tools to rewrite our unique phrasing to disguise the theft.

·         Structural Plagiarism: Copying our specific bullet-point patterns, tabular formats, feature descriptions, and content flow, even if the vocabulary is slightly altered.

Legal Warning: Under the doctrine of "Colorable Imitation," any clever or disguised copy that retains the substantial essence and arrangement of our original work is classified as theft. Altering 10%, 20%, or even 30% of the words while keeping our unique pattern will still be treated as a direct violation of our Intellectual Property.

3. Monitoring and Enforcement (DMCA & Legal Action)

We actively monitor the internet for unauthorized distribution and replication of our proprietary content. In the event of a violation (including minor or spun variations), we enforce our rights through a zero-tolerance policy:

·         Google DMCA Takedown: We will immediately file formal Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) notices with Google and other search engines to permanently de-index and remove the infringing URLs from search results.

·         Hosting Suspension: Infringement notices will be sent directly to the hosting providers of the offending websites to take their entire pages or sites offline.

·         Legal Remedies & Compensation: We reserve the right to initiate formal legal proceedings for damages, loss of business, and recovery of legal fees against the offending business entity, its promoters, and the developers involved.

4. Notice to Competitors and Developers

This policy serves as an explicit, prior legal warning. Claiming ignorance, stating that the copying was done by a third-party developer, or assuming that minor word changes allow for the copying of the overall structure will not hold valid under legal scrutiny. Any unauthorized scraping, manual copying, or modified reproduction of our layout will be treated as a bad-faith, intentional violation.
